By using My Website Local (a service of Everywhere Systems), you agree to these terms.
My Website Local generates custom preview websites for Australian trade businesses, based on publicly available information about that business. If you choose to make a preview live, we host the resulting website and operate it on your behalf for an agreed monthly fee.
Preview websites are non-binding examples sent to you for evaluation. We make reasonable efforts to ensure preview content is accurate, but the content is generated from public sources and we do not guarantee accuracy. If anything in your preview is wrong, please let us know and we'll correct it or remove the preview entirely.
If you choose to make a preview live, the specific terms (pricing, hosting, support, content updates, cancellation) will be set out in a separate service agreement provided at activation. Until you sign a service agreement and complete payment, you have no obligation to us.
We may contact you by email or SMS to send you a preview, follow up on a preview you've engaged with, or respond to your enquiries. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email. We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated by email if you're an active customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
